We are extremely happy to share that Muthoot Finance and Google Pay have announced a special partnership to offer Muthoot Finance Gold Loans to Google Pay’s customers on their Consumer and Merchant App. The objective is to mobilize gold available in Indian households for driving economic activities through key USPs offered by Muthoot Finance, such as affordable interest rates, unmatched flexibility, and a world-class 7-layer safety and security system. The idea is to drive this facility to all Google Pay users across the country, backed by the unmatched trust and reliability of The Muthoot Group.

The partnership was announced at Google for India 2024 on 3rd October 2024 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. It was led by the gracious presence of Shri Alexander George Muthoot, Joint Managing Director of The Muthoot Group. Mr. Abhinav Iyer, Sr. GM Marketing & Strategy, and Mr. Aditya Satpute, GM Omni Channel, also attended the event.

The event was also graced by Honourable Union Minister of Culture & Tourism, Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Government of India, along with the entire senior leadership of Google India.
